Health is also related to our mental and emotional health and looking at our families, what does it really mean to have a healthy family?
There are many aspects to having a healthy family. We ALWAYS have to start with the leaders in our home - the parents. How healthy are we?
There are some definite things we can do to work towards having a healthy leadership in our homes. First - is to take care of our SELF. We cannot make anyone do anything - we can only make our SELF do things, react to things.

I will also add - do things for others. Volunteer, make a gift or meal for a neighbor, paint a picture for your child or grandchild, the list of things that can fill our soul are endless.
